The 1700 meter group ran 2 all-out 300’s

Gr absolutely blew away Ja and Mi on the first one.

 

The 900 meter group looked good.  They ran 2 all-out 200’s 

Da ran faster because she had to leave early.  She ran the

workout without any trouble…nice surprise.


Milers     200 - 300 - 300 - 400 - 300 - 200  100 meter rest or 1 minute (2/300 all/out)
1/2 Mi     150 - 250 - 300 - 200   100 meter rest or 1 minute (2/200 all-out)
